                   AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 6958, AS
                   AMENDED, KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, SO AS
                   TO REZONE A TRACT OF LAND LOCATED AT 717 SOUTH
                   SCENIC HIGHWAY, BEING ON THE NORTHEAST LINE OF
                   SANDERS ROAD AT SOUTH SCENIC HIGHWAY, FROM
                   TEMPORARY R-1 RESIDENTIAL ZONE TO R-1
                   RESIDENTIAL ZONE.

              	   SECTION 1.  BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
         CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as
         amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is 
hereby
         amended so as to rezone:
        
                A tract of land located at 717 South Scenic
                Highway, being on the northeast line of Sanders
                Road at South Scenic Highway.  Part of lot 6,
                Amended Plat of Benham and Fraziers Subdivision, as
                shown by plat of record in plat book 11, page 43,
                ROHC; being the Jack and Ann Meadows annexation
                area as described in Chattanooga City Ordinance No.
                10264.  Tax Map No. 167A-H-2.
               
         from Temporary R-1 Residential Zone to R-1 Residential Zone.

              	   SECTION 2.  BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this 
Ordinance
         shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, as
         required by law.
